At Play Judo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets the conditions below.

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be in original condition
• Be unused or unworn
• Include original packaging when applicable
• Be free from damage caused by misuse or normal wear

Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Digital products and downloads
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Clearance or final sale items

Card Games

Unopened card game products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, opened card game products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incomplete.

Posters

Posters may be returned if they are received damaged, misprinted, or defective.

To assist with replacement requests, customers may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Apparel

Apparel items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

• They are unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of odors, stains, or damage
• Original tags remain attached when applicable

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the shipping package when applicable

We will work to provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item was damaged during shipment
• The wrong item was sent
• The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Play Judo is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.

Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for financial institutions to process refunds after they are issued.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement product, please contact us to determine availability.

Exchange requests are subject to inventory availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process outlined above.
